We are seeking an energetic professional to join our Tech hub in Prague, working with our Enterprise IT team to deliver business solutions in partnership with our Corporate Treasury and IT colleagues. The Treasury department manages capital structure, FX risk, liquidity, pensions, and insurance on a global scale, supporting operations in over 130 countries.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing interfaces and functionalities for Treasury GLM products
• Enhancing existing systems and fixing bugs
• Understanding end-to-end business processes to improve outcomes
• Supporting product growth and development
• Ensuring system stability, security, and value delivery
• Contributing to platform improvements via automation and CI/CD
• Troubleshooting production issues

Required skills and experience:

• Proficiency in Java, XML, Python, or C++
• Experience with Oracle and/or MySQL databases
• Knowledge of web servers like Apache Tomcat and Nginx
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket, REST protocols
• Hands-on CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud services
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix Shell
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking

Preferred skills:

• Experience working in agile teams, knowledge of Kanban
• Understanding of SDLC, QA, and testing
• Experience with Windows Servers, PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience with COTS and SaaS solutions
