SDG Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead design, development, and deployment of data-driven web solutions. You will define scalable architectures and ensure seamless interaction between backend services and frontend interfaces.

We expect 3–6 years of experience with strong Java/Python backends, modern JS frontends (Angular/React), and cloud/container proficiency (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes). Hybrid work model offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–6 years in professional software development with 2+ years in high-responsibility roles.
• Experience in backend core: Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Strong frontend experience with Angular or React and state management (NgRx/Redux).
• Experience designing APIs (REST/GraphQL) and event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD and comprehensive testing strategies (Unit/Integration/E2E).

Mission

The Senior Full Stack Developer is a key technical role. Their mission is to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex web solutions that serve as the critical interface between data/AI ecosystems and the enterprise user. They are expected not only to write high-quality code but also to define architectural standards, ensure the scalability of backend services, and guarantee a smooth and efficient user experience on the frontend.

Your Day-to-day Life

• Architecture Design: Lead the definition of robust and scalable architectures (Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven) that support the processing and visualization of large volumes of data.
• Advanced AI Integration: Designing integration patterns for the efficient consumption of Machine Learning models, optimizing latency and state management in real-time applications.
• Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Act as a mentor to junior/mid developers, conduct critical code reviews, and promote best engineering practices (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns).
• Core Development: Implement the most complex functionalities of the ecosystem, ensuring that the backend (Java/Python/Node.js) and the frontend (Angular/React) are perfectly synchronized.
• Security and Performance: Ensuring that applications meet corporate security standards and optimizing critical platform performance.
• Strategic Collaboration: Working with Data Architects and Product Owners to translate complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.

Technical Requirements

What we're looking for in you

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 years in professional software development, with at least 2 years in high technical responsibility roles.
• Backend Core: Expert proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) .
• Node.js Ecosystem (Highly Valued): Knowledge and solid experience in developing robust backend solutions using Node.js will be highly valued . Proficiency in frameworks such as Express.js or, preferably, NestJS for building scalable and maintainable microservices is desirable.
• Senior Frontend Developer: Deep experience with Angular or React . Advanced knowledge of complex state management (NgRx, Redux), bundle optimization, and micro-frontend architectures.
• Data & APIs: Advanced experience in API design (REST/GraphQL), event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and data persistence (SQL and NoSQL).
• DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience in deployment on Cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure or GCP ) and container management ( Docker, Kubernetes ).
• Software Quality: Experience implementing comprehensive testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Salary range: 34.000€ - 42.000€. The final placement within this range will be determined based on technical skills, specific role experience, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. For profiles with exceptional qualifications that exceed the specified range, a salary review may be considered, subject to internal approval.
• Work Mode: Hybrid.
