Confidential in Pisa is seeking a Software Technical Leader to drive the design and delivery of complex software products end to end. You will combine hands-on engineering with leadership across product definition, roadmap execution, and team enablement, using modern C++ (C++17/20), Qt, ZeroMQ, OpenSSL, REST APIs, and relational databases.

You will own architecture for core components, mentor senior engineers, and partner with Product Management to deliver high-quality, secure software on

Competenze

• 6+ years in software development with at least 2 years in lead/architect roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• Strong command of modern C++, Qt, and secure communications.

Mansioni

• Own architecture for core components and services with emphasis on modularity, performance, reliability and security-by-design.
• Lead development using modern C++ (C++17/20), Qt (Widgets/QML), ZeroMQ, POCO, OpenSSL, and REST APIs defined with OpenAPI.
• Mentor senior engineers through pairing, design sessions, and feedback; raise team standards.
• Drive incident prevention and resolution via root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
