THE ROLE

The Senior Social & Content Manager is responsible for our clients' social media strategy and channel management. They engage with people on different platforms, creating and encouraging conversations and action. They work closely with our Strategy, Creative, and Account Departments, as well as Media Agencies.

KEY TASKS

  • Social Media and Content strategy
  • Develop social media strategies, playbooks, activations, and campaign ideas in partnership with creative, strategy, data, and media teams to support the brand's social marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation and Management Collaborate with internal creative teams, content creators, and editorial partners to define the most effective content to produce. Manage content calendars, schedule posts, proactively identify new conversations, and seek opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Community Management Monitor and respond to comments, track brand sentiment, reply to direct messages, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Reporting & Analytics Leverage platform insights and social media tools to produce regular reports and analyze content performance.
  • Influencers & creators Marketing Support the identification of influencers who align with the brand and collaborate with them to develop content.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3-5 years of experience in the role
  • Understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others.
  • Experience working on a large, cross-functional team.
  • Ability to stand in cross-functional meetings.
  • Strong communication skills with internal agency teams and external agency partners.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills (Italian/English)
