LuxExperience is building a scalable, secure Google Cloud Platform foundation to support multiple engineering teams, with strong cloud governance, automation, and operational readiness, while enabling key GCP services such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, and GKE.

The role focuses on secure access management, IAM, networking, and infrastructure-as-Code practices within a hybrid work setup in Italy.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience managing multi-project cloud environments.
• Solid knowledge of IAM, governance, and cloud security principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
• Good understanding of cloud networking fundamentals.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Role Purpose

Build and maintain a scalable, secure, and well‑governed Google Cloud Platform (GCP) foundation to support multiple engineering teams, ensuring strong cloud governance, automation, and operational readiness, while enabling key GCP services such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, and GKE.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the GCP structure (projects, folders, IAM, governance policies).
• Ensure secure access management and SSO integration.
• Implement cloud security best practices and compliance guardrails.

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform or similar Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting annual gross base salary: €58,500. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender‑neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
