Arup in Milan is seeking a Senior Site Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of the site infrastructures for technically demanding projects, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams in a BIM-driven environment.

You will manage client interfaces from feasibility to completion, drive digital delivery with Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks and hydraulic modelling, and ensure design aligns with Italian planning frameworks.

Competenze

Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years’ consultancy experience.
Chartered status or in process of obtaining it.
Strong civil engineering design skills across water, roads, earthworks and utilities.
Experience leading design processes from concept to construction.

Mansioni

Lead design and delivery of site infrastructures for technically demanding projects.
Act as project lead with direct interface to client teams.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a BIM-driven environment.
Develop site infrastructure design through all design stages and permits.
Oversee supervision of civil construction works within the clerk of works framework.
Support business development and knowledge sharing within the team.
