The role involves monitoring network traffic, responding to security incidents, and collaborating with IT teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in security tools and principles, aiming to fortify the organization against cyber threats.

Competenze

• 6-8 years of experience in IT security.
• CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work during public holidays/non business hours.

Descrizione del lavoro

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor network traffic, system logs and O365 services for suspicious activity
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Research and recommend new security technologies and practices
• Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure secure system configurations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in a related discipline with 6-8 years of experience. Business knowledge in apparel and/or retail business is an advantage
• Strong understanding of network and system security principles
• Experience with security tools (Microsoft Defender and Sentinel)
• Familiar with cloud security (Azure, O365)
• Good knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles, with good scripting skills on Python, Bash, PowerShell
• With CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC certifications is an advantage
• Good understanding with prior experience in an ITSM tool, preferably with JIRA
• Willingness to work with different cultures
• Prepared to stand by during public holidays/non business hours
• More experience could be considered as Senior Specialist, IT Security
