Himalayas is seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master for a remote EU assignment. The role involves coordinating agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and ensuring delivery aligned with SAFe/Scrum practices in a multinational setting.

The candidate should have a university degree, 8+ years IT experience, 3+ years as Scrum Master at SM2 or higher, and strong skills in Azure DevOps or Jira, Agile metrics, and cross-team coordination. Fluent English is required.

Competenze

University degree in IT or related field.
Minimum of 8 years IT professional experience.
3+ years as Scrum Master at SM2 level or above.
Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles.
Experience with cross-team coordination via Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum Guide and Agile values.
Strong facilitation and decision-making skills.
Experience with Agile metrics and dashboards.

Mansioni

Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Ensure meetings are productive and timeboxed.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog.
Coach team and Product Owner on empirical delivery and backlog slicing.
Track flow metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
Promote agile practices and tool adoption (Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Remove impediments and foster empowered, collaborative teams.
