Adecco Lifescience is seeking a candidate for a leading pharmaceutical company in the following role:
Main activities:
- Conduct research involving the development and validation of highly sensitive and reliable LC-MS methodologies for rapid and accurate quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical products in fluids and biological tissues.
- Perform complex analytical methods on biological matrices, often involving problem-solving scenarios.
- Familiarity with the development or qualification of bioanalytical methods (BA) appropriate for supporting preclinical or clinical studies.
- Apply and interpret scientific theories, concepts, techniques, and regulatory requirements in the bioanalysis of therapeutic drugs, preferably small and large molecules, and take a leadership role in developing scientific approaches.
- Act as a scientific researcher within a team to provide technical direction for complex bioanalytical projects.
- Respond to unforeseen deadlines, client needs, crises, etc., without neglecting other tasks.
- Produce reports on method development for reliable, sensitive, and qualified analytical methods.
- Author scientific articles or posters published in specialized journals or presented at conferences focused on bioanalysis.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Holds a PhD with over 3 years of relevant bioanalytical experience in LC-MS and the development and validation of immunoassay techniques (e.g., ELISA).
- Proven experience in method development and troubleshooting using de-novo approaches or transferring validated assays.
- Skills in conducting research, data compilation, interpretation, and reporting according to FDA and EMA regulatory requirements for bioanalytical method validation and LC/MS.
- Knowledge of laboratory automation software, system software, and Microsoft applications.
