AFV Acciaierie Beltrame S.p.A. in Italy seeks a Senior SAP PP Specialist (QM, EWM) to implement, configure and support SAP PP, ensuring alignment with production and quality management processes.

The role requires 5+ years’ SAP experience, excellent English, and willingness to travel within Europe. Salary is €47,500 (±5%) plus a performance-based bonus and extensive on-site benefits.

Senior SAP PP Specialist (QM, EWM)

Reporting directly to the Group SAP Application Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and support of the SAP PP module (integrated with the QM and EWM modules), contributing to the digitalisation and optimisation of the company’s production processes. They will work closely with business functions and IT teams, ensuring effective solutions that are aligned with organisational objectives.

Duties / Responsibilities

• What you will be doing:
• You will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the SAP PP module (including QM and EWM integrations);
• You will analyse business processes and gather complex functional requirements, translating them into system solutions;
• You will facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders to define requirements;
• You will map processes, objectives and requirements, proposing any necessary system enhancements or optimisations;
• You will configure, customise and test SAP PP solutions (QM, EWM);
• You will identify system gaps and define alternative or improved solutions;
• You will manage urgent changes or corrective actions for high-priority issues;
• You will draft functional documentation, test cases and test results;
• You will proactively propose process and system improvements;
• You will act as a liaison between business functions and consultants;
• You will support end users and contribute to operational training;
• You will work independently, whilst also acting as a technical/functional point of reference for more junior staff.

Required qualifications

• What we are looking for:
• At least 5 years’ experience on SAP projects, including involvement in end-to-end implementations and support activities;
• Solid experience in configuring the SAP PP module (QM and EWM considered a plus);
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously;
• Excellent command of English;
• Willingness to undertake short-term business travel within Europe;
• Good understanding of business processes, including accounting aspects;
• Analytical approach and problem-solving orientation;
• Strong results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work in international teams and in complex environments;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
