Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - SAP Integration to lead analysis and delivery of complex integrations across the enterprise. The role emphasizes O2C, P2P, and SAP FI integration, coordinating across business, architecture, middleware, and vendor teams.

The candidate will own end-to-end requirements, interface designs, and data flows, ensuring monitoring, risk management, and timely delivery in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of broad Information Technology experience.
• At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP-centric enterprise environments, supporting complex business processes and cross-system integrations.
• Strong functional knowledge of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and its integration with SAP Finance (FI).
• Good understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes and their dependencies across the enterprise landscape.
• Detailed knowledge of enterprise middleware and integration architectures used to connect SAP with other systems in the application landscape.
• Practical experience with SAP integration technologies and concepts such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite or Cloud Integration on SAP BTP, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, web services, event-driven messaging, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with one or more enterprise middleware platforms, such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Business Owners to understand the business roadmap and translate ideas into detailed requirements.
• Leads end-to-end O2C processes and their SAP FI integration, including billing, invoicing, customer master data, and revenue-related postings.
• Defines feasible, value-driven integration solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyzes complex processes to identify improvements across the value chain.
• Leads requirements, process-design, and solution-review sessions across O2C, P2P, FI integration.
• Owns data-flow interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications, including mappings and monitoring.
• Coordinates with architects, middleware teams, and external integrators across delivery lifecycle.
• Provides end-to-end governance of integration delivery and traceability from requirements to support.
• Drives troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex integration issues.
• Promotes technologies and practices that deliver measurable business value.
