Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - SAP Integration to lead analysis and delivery of complex integrations across the enterprise landscape, with a strong O2C, P2P and FI focus. You will own requirements, data mappings, and end-to-end processes, coordinating with business owners, architects, middleware teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications in BA, SAP, enterprise integration, IT service management, or Agile delivery (e.g., IIBA CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, SAP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum).
• Seven+ years IT experience, including five+ years as a Business Analyst in SAP-centric environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and its integration with SAP FI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Business Owners to translate roadmaps into detailed, testable requirements.
• Leads end-to-end analysis for O2C processes and FI integration with SAP.
• Defines value-driven integration solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyzes processes to identify improvements across the value chain.
• Leads requirements, process-design, and solution-review sessions for O2C, P2P, FI integrations.
• Owns interfaces and data flows between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Coordinates external system integrators and vendors throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversees delivery lifecycle from discovery to transition and hypercare.
• Drives troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex integration issues.
