Job summary

Valentino IT Operations is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to drive procurement and raw materials logistics SAP support, enabling robust SAP-based solutions and guiding ERP evolution. You will translate business needs into specs, test releases, and train users, ensuring reliable, scalable systems within IT Operations.

You will collaborate across stakeholders, support MM/WM modules, and contribute to the transition to SAP S/4HANA and PLM. AFS experience preferred. :

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in IT Business Analysis, ERP applications, or related consulting roles.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional specs and solutions.
• Experience in ERP transformation, system migration, or digitalization projects.
• Knowledge of SAP environments (AFS, MM, WM) and PLM systems.
• Understanding of procurement, raw materials, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive system evolution and enhancements
• Provide supervision and support to SAP users, focusing on MM and WM modules
• Ensure reliability of SAP AFS-based solutions by collaborating with internal and external partners
• Gather requirements from key users and align enhancements with company objectives
• Translate business needs into functional specs and technical requirements
• Conduct system testing for new releases
• Deliver effective user training and ongoing SAP updates
• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, business users, and external partners
