Job summary

Valentino IT Operations Senior Analyst for Procurement & Raw Materials Logistics in Milano will enable robust SAP-based support for MM and WM modules and oversee system evolution. You will guide ERP evolution and support the transition to SAP S/4HANA and PLM.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, test releases, train users, and ensure reliable, scalable SAP solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in IT Business Analysis, ERP or related consulting.
• Experience translating requirements into functional specs and solutions.
• Experience with ERP transformation, migrations, or digitalization projects.
• Knowledge of procurement, raw materials, and logistics processes.
• Background in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive SAP system evolution and enhancements.
• Provide supervision and support to SAP users (MM/WM).
• Gather requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and tests.
• Conduct system testing for new releases and train users.
