Job Description

In this role, you’ll be managing complex Salesforce implementation and system integration initiatives globally for our Tagetik division. This position works closely with technical and business teams as well as the Global Sales Operations to ensure consistency in program delivery and enable us to achieve our business goals.

Requires working knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts and applies general knowledge of business and industry practices within business analysis. Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. Under a moderate level of guidance, responsible for solving moderately complex problems following established policies and procedures. Participates in the preparation of operations analyses including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization and makes recommendations for improvement. Executes on process analyses, end-to-end process mappings, and identifies opportunities for improvement. May track, maintain and provide current information on business operations. May analyze or provide support on administrative financial support activities of a business division. Work may include preparing financial reports, budgets, and business plans. Plans own work and adjusts efforts to meet goals. Supports the achievement of goals through own personal efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and process thought leadership and support for the local organization to solve challenges as the leader and support partner of many key initiatives delivered within Global Sales Operations and its Partners.
• Manage advanced technology programs, by defining milestones and success criteria, manage budgets and risks.
• Understand Salesforce, service-based integration toolsets (REST, SOAP, middleware programs such as IIB), and general technical capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange.
• Drive the end-to-end process to turn ideas into programs that bring measurable value to business units and the TAA Division.
• Encourage creative and innovative thinking on large and diverse teams.
• Share lessons and best practices across CP & ESG and business communities.
• Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
• Position will require working some evening, weekend, and holiday hours. At points in the development, delivery, and support cycle, position may require 24x7 cell phone availability.
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce development experience.
• SQL programming experience, Apex knowledge base.
