The Senior Video Sales Specialist is an established industry expert in Streaming TV and plays a crucial role in the success of Streaming TV advertising solutions, including Prime Video, Twitch, and Online Video. This role involves partnering with multiple teams such as product, business, sales, and finance to develop scalable sales strategies and provide direct customer support. The specialist will support all video products, develop sales packages, and enable the broader sales team. They are key partners in closing high-value deals, often focusing on short-term goals within specific accounts facing adoption challenges.

Key job responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to clients.
  • Scale video go-to-market strategies across Large Customer Sales (LCS).
  • Develop and implement industry-specific strategies within assigned verticals.
  • Engage with service and operations teams regarding new and emerging products.
  • Collaborate with LCS and Vertical Marketing to craft narratives that highlight Amazon Ads' unique offerings aligned with customer goals.
  • Represent Amazon Ads at industry events to promote Upfront and annual commitments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive B2B sales experience.
  • Extensive digital advertising experience.
  • Experience in Streaming TV sales and/or business development.
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including sales, account management, and product teams.
  • Experience in developing and deploying go-to-market strategies focusing on packaging, positioning, and messaging.
  • Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue with a focus on long-term customer outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex topics clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working directly with product teams.
  • Ability to develop unique product and sales strategies for market positioning.
  • Deep industry relationships within advertising.
  • Experience negotiating Video Upfronts at agency and brand levels.
