Wolters Kluwer Italia, a leading company in developing software applications for businesses, is seeking a Sales Representative / Key Account Manager for the Enterprise division of the Tax & Accounting vertical.

As a Key Account, you will collaborate with the Enterprise ERP Sales team and our Service team to promote Wolters Kluwer Italia's ERP system in Italy's corporate market. You will understand the needs and concerns of potential clients during their evaluation of the ERP system, familiarize yourself with their situations, requirements, and challenges, and advise them effectively. You will have significant autonomy in approaching new clients, working closely and reporting directly to the Sales Associate Director, Enterprise & Large Account business.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, ensuring standards in sales activities, margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop direct sales activities to acquire new clients within the assigned geographic area.
  • Generate new software application sales through hunting activities within the Enterprise segment and enhance existing customer relationships via up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with management to define prospecting plans and implement them.
  • Drive business development to meet revenue goals for the relevant Business Unit, contributing to the Go To Market strategy in the Enterprise market.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives based on market needs and opportunities, including strategy, planning, and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in STEM or Economics.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, selling software and/or services, with a solution selling approach.
  • Strong interest and passion for the Enterprise market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work towards targets in complex, modern organizations.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, adaptable, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Experience in managing complex negotiations and value-based sales.

Location: Milan. Willingness to travel nationally is required.
