Job Summary

This position is part of the

Sports Medicine and Power Tools Business Unit

at CONMED. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for promoting and supporting the use of our medical devices through hands-on installations, clinical demonstrations, and tailored product training for customers, agents, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers on sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Performs equipment installations and tests
  • Conducts seminars at Clients' premises in collaboration with MM / PM / RSM
  • Manages and maintains direct relationships with customers assigned within the territory
  • Provides technical, administrative, and promotional support to agents and distributors within the assigned territory
  • Provides theoretical and practical training to Agents and distributors on the correct use of the medical devices
  • Organizes and manages demos with Agents and Distributors at customers' sites, taking care of material's requests and related offers
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product technical features
  • Coordinates promotions and visits to customers with Agents / Distributors
  • Updates SFDC daily by tracking customer meetings, demo outcomes, sampling and trials, as well as the effectiveness of promotional activities conducted independently or with local agents
  • Responds to requests for offers and / or sampling within the required deadlines and upon RSM approval, coordinating with the Agent when necessary
  • Proposes sponsorships for conferences and training courses to the RSM (from both Public Administration and Private Customers), in accordance with established procedures and forms
  • Participates in Area meetings and presents strategies and results for their area of expertise, following the Company Format
  • Attends National and Area Conferences if requested by RSM / PM / MM
  • Collaborates in product launch strategy execution
  • Collaborates with marketing on market analysis
  • Works closely with Repair Service and Agents to ensure proper management of the loaner device pool
  • Partners with the RSM to organize, track, and prepare materials for the Area Warehouse.
  • Supports the RSM, PM, and MM in preparing tenders by managing coding, quotations, technical documentation, and sampling requests
