Your tasks with us :
- Represent a dynamic hotel group with a strong passion for premium hotels and develop segments like Corporate & MICE within South Tyrol.
- Be the main contact for local companies and MICE agencies interested in staying at Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen, developing and managing regional & corporate partnerships.
- Implement and optimize sales strategies, create and execute action plans focusing on local MICE event agencies and corporate segments.
- Negotiate prices and confirm contracts in writing.
- Find new partners for Incentives and Sports groups (summer and winter).
- Align proactively with HQ Vienna for proposals of packages and promotions based on hotel positioning and needs.
- Manage key accounts strategically to achieve sales targets and generate new business, including contract negotiations and closures.
- Represent at trade fairs, workshops, and client events; organize sales trips, calls, and fam trips.
- Maintain account contacts and activities within CRM software; ensure sales data quality to drive campaigns and revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Promote private dining, conferences, events, private parties, and corporate functions.
What you bring with you :
- 5+ years in hotel sales, preferably in the Bozen area.
- University or college degree preferred.
- Passion for premium lifestyle hotels and a modern lifestyle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proactive attitude, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and analytical skills.
- Motivated, positive, responsible, reliable, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Based in South Tyrol (preferably Bolzano).
- Experience in managing events, trade shows, and networking.
- Ability to manage workload independently, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Payment is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with a willingness to pay more depending on experience.
