Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager - Maintenance & Inspection at Honeywell, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for our Maintenance & Inspection solutions across Europe. Your role involves driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales initiatives in this sector. You will report directly to our Sales Director and work out of our European location on a Hybrid work schedule. Your leadership will impact the overall sales performance and market presence of our solutions, ensuring that we meet and exceed business objectives while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Maintenance & Inspection solutions in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives and customer solutions.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in Solution Sales / M&I sector or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and developing competitive strategies.
