For our Italian team in Milan we are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) Italy

Your Misson:

In this key role, you will develop and implement a sales strategy to optimize our sales activities and successfully establish the SEVERIN brand in Italy.

  • Lead and manage all sales activities across multiple channels (both online and offline) while fostering strong, long-term relationships with our B2B partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, proactively identifying new growth opportunities and sharing insights with stakeholders in our headquarter in Germany.
  • Acquire new sales partners and develop collaborative relationships.
  • Develop customized marketing and assortment strategies for the key accounts, ensuring effective product placement across various distribution channels (B2B & D2C).
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience for end customers by managing up-to-date and appealing content (both online and offline). Guide external marketing agencies to increase brand visibility, while aligning efforts with the marketing budget.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular performance reports, and implement continuous improvement measures to drive results.
  • Actively contribute to product management by sharing market-relevant product ideas and trends to ensure a competitive product range for the Italian market.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), ideally in the small domestic appliances (SDA) sector.
  • Proven sales expertise with a result-driven (hunter) mentality and deep knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
  • Strong expertise in both online and offline customer management, with a well-established network of relevant clients in the Italian market.
  • Exceptional sales talent with high customer orientation and strong empathy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative strategies.
  • A strong team player who is also capable of working independently and take initiative.
  • Significant experience in the Italian market, with in-depth knowledge of local business culture and consumer behavior.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally to the headquarter in Germany.
  • An energetic and motivated personality with a passion for contributing to SEVERIN’s corporate success.
  • Fluent in English and eager to work in an international environment.
