Descrizione del lavoro

You will be responsible for the sales activity of the assigned portfolio, including developing existing clients and scouting for new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and media agencies, focusing on Digital, especially Connected TV, while supporting cross-media opportunities across TV, Radio, Print, and other platforms.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and prospect new business to achieve targets.
  • Analyze clients’ media and communication strategies and provide consultancy.
  • Grow the business by acquiring new clients, cross- and upselling within the existing portfolio, and promoting new media opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant insights to management.
  • Influence strategic development, especially with agencies, based on industry knowledge.
  • Nurture strong relationships with publishers and editors.
  • Develop and manage industry events nationally and internationally.
  • Maintain an international mindset with a focus on Italy, exploring future cross-market opportunities abroad.
  • Generate creative sales ideas for our solutions team.
  • Regularly prepare commercial strategies for the development of your client portfolio, both existing and potential.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on agency business development.
  • Preferably 1st experience in a media agency or broadcast media.
  • Solid experience in digital media, especially upper and mid-funnel campaigns, with familiarity in VOD, BVOD, and SVOD platforms. Understanding programmatic buying and having strong relationships with agency trading desks is essential. Experience in CTV is highly valued.
  • Strong agency network across various seniority levels, capable of engaging with planners and senior stakeholders like client leads and strategy directors.
  • Experience with various media types and an understanding of the international media environment (TV, radio, digital, print) is preferred.
  • Well-structured, with good presentation skills and team spirit.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, or Greek are assets.

You will join the Agency Sales team based in Milan, within an international media company delivering premium video and cross-media solutions across Europe.

Our team develops strategic partnerships with media agencies across Southern Europe, mainly focusing on Italy, with additional coverage in Spain, MENA, Greece, and Turkey.

We prioritize digital media, especially Connected TV, supporting broader cross-platform activations, working closely with local clients and global stakeholders.

The team operates in English and comprises members from diverse national and professional backgrounds, fostering a collaborative and dynamic culture.
