Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the sales activity of the assigned portfolio, developing existing clients and scouting new business pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and media agencies, focusing on Digital, especially Connected TV, while supporting cross-media opportunities across TV, Radio, Print, and other platforms.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and prospect new business to achieve targets.
- Analyze clients' media and communication strategies and provide consultancy.
- Develop business by acquiring new clients, cross- and upselling within the existing portfolio, and promoting new media opportunities.
- Monitor market and competitor activities, and report relevant insights to management.
- Influence strategic development, especially with agencies, based on industry knowledge.
- Nurture strong relationships with publishers and editors.
- Organize and manage industry events nationally and internationally.
- Maintain an international mindset, with a focus on Italy and potential for cross-market meetings abroad.
- Generate innovative sales ideas for our solutions team.
- Prepare regular commercial strategies for developing the client portfolio.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, specializing in Agency Business Development.
- Experience preferably in a media agency or broadcast media.
- Solid experience in digital media, especially upper and mid-funnel campaigns, with familiarity with VOD, BVOD, and SVOD platforms.
- Understanding of programmatic buying and strong relationships with agency trading desks; experience in CTV is highly valued.
- Strong agency network across various seniority levels, capable of engaging with planners and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with international media environments (TV, radio, digital, print) is preferred.
- Well-structured, with good presentation skills and team spirit.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
