Short Facts

  • Location: Milan, Italy
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite
  • Salary Range: €70,000 - €80,000 per year gross depending on experience + commercial target bonus
  • Working Mode: Office setup with expectations to travel within Italy and to Munich
  • Language Requirement: C1 Italian and English

Your Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Customer Engagement

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract signing
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the energy and storage industry
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and successful customer go-live
  • Act as a sparring partner for customers, helping them navigate the storage market
  • Manage activities and pipeline through our CRM system

Market Development & Networking

  • Contribute to evolving our offerings based on market trends and customer needs
  • Represent Entrix at conferences, trade fairs, and client meetings, with a focus on field engagement
  • Build and maintain a network within the energy industry to identify trends and opportunities

Sales Strategy & Insight

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve forecasts
  • Provide customer feedback to product, marketing, and operations teams

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales or business development in energy markets or storage industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven deal-closing experience
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Collaboration with tech and product teams to align with business goals
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English

Skills to Set You Apart

  • Deep understanding and network in the energy sector, including battery tech and renewables
  • Experience in localizing offerings for specific markets
  • Financial analysis skills for assessing sales decisions and contracts
  • Experience with contractual matters like partnerships and framework agreements
  • Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus
