As we continue to scale internationally, we are looking for a highly driven and connected Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Europe with special focus on Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Manager to lead new business development and account expansion in target regions. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—working with clients who manage or operate utility-scale or commercial PV assets.

The ideal candidate will already have a strong portfolio of client relationships within the renewable energy sector in Eastern Europe and/or Africa, particularly among IPP, EPC, O&M, or Asset Management players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing network to identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities in the PV sector.
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for Europe with focus on Eastern Europe and Africa, in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead outbound sales efforts, including cold outreach, trade fair participation, and relationship nurturing.
  • Prepare commercial offers and coordinate with internal teams on technical proposals.
  • Drive negotiation and contracting processes through to close.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) and provide insight into pipeline status, regional trends, and client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of B2B sales experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on PV preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales success in Eastern Europe and/or Africa.
  • Demonstrated ability to activate an existing client network in one or both of these regions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in managing long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with international business culture and dynamics in the energy sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; French is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts in PV plant performance, monitoring, and digital asset management.
  • Experience working with or selling to IPPs, EPCs, or technical asset managers.
