LANXESS Italy is currently seeking strong, motivated, and talented individuals with sales and technical experience for the position of Senior Sales Manager Material Protection Products – Industrial Business line portfolio (MPP BU).

Geographical scope : Italy (travel expected within Europe)

The product range is diverse, with a focus on paints & coatings and construction chemicals markets.

Main Responsibilities :

Within the BU MPP strategy, the Senior Sales Manager will develop customer strategies and business cases to drive BU MPP Sales Biocides growth.

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead MPP IND sales in Italy and Greece.
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring quality support.
  • Identify new opportunities and potential customers.
  • Visit customers to assess needs and promote products.

  • Willingness to travel within Italy and EMEA region.
  • Native Italian speaker with excellent English skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
