Job Description:

A unique opportunity to join our Sales Team as an Account Director at Armani Hotel Milano.

We are seeking a talented sales enthusiast with strong experience in MICE, Corporate, and key feeder markets to further develop our market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Increase client base across all segments, primarily in Italy, UK, and key European countries, through consistent sales and marketing activities to generate and boost hotel revenues.
  2. Collaborate with relevant departments regarding group’s special arrangements.
  3. Qualify group business to generate rooms and catering revenue impacting RevPar performance.
  4. Work with DOSM on corporate rate strategies for local accounts and RFPs for volume accounts.
  5. Create and execute account plans for assigned markets to maximize revenue and meet targets.
  6. Achieve monthly targets set by DOSM, based on monthly production reports and specific objectives.
  7. Focus on conversion to ensure revenue objectives are met.
  8. Utilize all automated sales and reservation systems (Opera) effectively.
  9. Participate in sales and strategy meetings as required.
  10. Maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients.
  11. Develop and implement quarterly and annual action plans.
  12. Contribute to the annual Marketing Plan, including managing territory sales expenses and travel budgets.
  13. Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities.

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Legal work authorization in Europe is required.
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in a Sales Manager role or Sales Cluster experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Creative and innovative in sales approaches.
  • Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are preferred.
  • Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Opera.

This position is based at Armani Hotel Milano with a fixed-term contract. The candidate must have a flexible schedule, legal right to work in Italy, and fluency in Italian and English.
