Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the local sales strategy based on the company’s long-term development goals and market strategy, implementing proactive sales approaches to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Develop sales plans and budgets tailored to the regional market, driving strategic market expansion and identifying potential business opportunities.
  3. Effectively develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
  4. Oversee the entire sales process, from customer demand alignment, technical solution discussions, and bid negotiations to contract signing, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, including but not limited to national policies, channel information, and product trends, implementing precise and effective market strategies.
  6. Lead regional marketing initiatives, participate in international exhibitions, industry forums, and branding activities to enhance the global recognition of the company’s products and solutions.
  7. Execute company strategies and related policies, monitor payment collection, and ensure risk control.
  8. Track industry trends (e.g., microgrids, virtual power plants, and other emerging applications) to drive product iterations that meet market demands.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in energy storage systems (C&I / large-scale storage), PCS, microgrids, or related products. Candidates with an established customer network are preferred.
  2. Familiarity with international business development processes, sales expansion, contract negotiation, and risk management. Experience in C&I energy storage or microgrid projects is a plus.
  3. Strong understanding of energy storage system key parameters, with the ability to independently present products and communicate technical solutions.
  4. Deep knowledge of the target region’s market culture and business practices, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to develop and manage the local market, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility, keen observation skills, teamwork spirit, and professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required;
  • Must have solid driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
