To establish and develop our Italian market, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, dynamic sales professional to lead our market presence in Italy.

Your responsibilities – driving forward with energy :

As the Sales Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for market expansion and sustainable growth of our business in the region. Your role includes strategic and operational tasks within a three-stage sales model:

  1. Market Development & Strategy : Responsible for market entry and systematic expansion of sales activities in Italy; development of regional sales strategies in coordination with HQ; identification of market potentials, target groups, and competitors; building a reliable network in the industry (distributors, installers, EPCs, wholesale).
  2. Sales & Customer Management : Support and develop distribution and wholesale partners; acquire new sales partners and installers; conduct product trainings, webinars, and on-site presentations; negotiate offers and contracts to close deals; achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Brand Representation & Market Presence : Build trust and brand awareness among target groups; participate in regional trade fairs, events, and industry meetings; collaborate with marketing on local campaigns; monitor market trends and customer feedback.

What you bring – what we are looking for :

  • Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in PV, storage, inverters, or related technologies.
  • Proven success in building and expanding sales structures.
  • Network within the Italian solar/energy industry is advantageous.
  • Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for renewable energy.
  • Initiative, closing strength, and perseverance.
  • Strong communication, persuasiveness, and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally to other European countries.
  • Fluent in Italian; good English skills.
