About your role:

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role focuses on serving the Italian client base and developing the Italian business.

  • Contribute with the Head of Wholesale and the Italian team to secure long-term growth.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring quality documentation, presentation of the firm, timeliness, and client proximity to maximize business opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of wholesale clients' needs and providing value-added solutions.
  • Assist in expanding the Italian market.
  • Develop client networks.
  • Participate actively in developing solutions and organizing new marketing initiatives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in client-facing activities (preferably with wholesale clients) in Italy.
  • Good understanding of the asset management industry, especially with cross-border players in the Italian market.
  • High energy and dynamism.
  • Excellent commercial and listening skills.
  • Experience in delivering presentations to large external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience in an international environment or overseas work/studies is a plus.
