Responsibilities:
- Lead the local sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term development goals and market strategy, implementing proactive sales approaches to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop sales plans and budgets tailored to the regional market, driving strategic expansion and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
- Oversee the entire sales process, including customer demand alignment, technical solution discussions, bid negotiations, and contract signing, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis, including national policies, channel information, and product trends, to implement effective market strategies.
- Lead regional marketing initiatives, participate in international exhibitions, industry forums, and branding activities to enhance the company's global recognition.
- Implement company strategies and policies, monitor payment collection, and ensure risk control.
- Track industry trends such as microgrids and virtual power plants to guide product development that meets market demands.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in energy storage systems (C&I / large-scale storage), PCS, microgrids, or related products. Candidates with an established customer network are preferred.
- Familiarity with international business development, sales expansion, contract negotiation, and risk management. Experience in C&I energy storage or microgrid projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of energy storage system parameters, with the ability to present products and explain technical solutions independently.
- Deep knowledge of the target region’s market culture and business practices, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and manage the local market, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, keen observation skills, teamwork spirit, and professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Valid driver’s license and solid driving skills are mandatory.
