Reporting line : Directly to the Sales Director Europe

To establish and develop our Italian market, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic sales professional – the spearhead of our market presence in Italy.

Your responsibilities – driving forward with energy :

As the Sales Manager for Italy, you will be primarily responsible for market expansion and sustainable growth of our business in the region. You will take on strategic and operational tasks along a three-stage sales model :

  • Responsibility for market entry and systematic expansion of our sales activities in Italy
  • Development of a regional sales strategy in coordination with HQ
  • Identification of market potentials, target groups, and competitors
  • Building a reliable network in the industry (distributors, installers, EPCs, wholesale)
  • Active support and development of distribution and wholesale partners
  • Acquisition of new sales partners and installers
  • Conducting product trainings, webinars, and on-site presentations
  • Negotiation of offers and contracts up to closing
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets and KPIs

3. Brand Representation & Market Presence :

  • Building trust and brand awareness among relevant target groups
  • Participation in regional trade fairs, events, and industry meetings
  • Close cooperation with marketing to develop local campaigns
  • Monitoring and sharing market trends and customer feedback

What you bring – what we are looking for :
