The company specializes in spatial systems design and development, satellite launches and control, earth observation services, satellite communication, navigation, localization, and scientific programs.

Position Overview

Within the Satellite Communication (SatCom) Line of Business, we are seeking a senior “Sales Manager” to drive growth in the Oil & Gas market. Your responsibilities include expanding the customer portfolio, increasing Telespazio's market penetration, and working closely with project management and sales engineering teams to execute go-to-market strategies. You will report to the national commercial director, supporting customer acquisition and accelerating sales cycles, leveraging state-of-the-art satellite connectivity solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Analyze, identify, and strategize for commercial prospects, and develop the commercial plan for the target market.
  • Accelerate customer acquisition through effective sales engagements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly order intake targets.
  • Develop and communicate compelling value propositions for Telespazio services.
  • Coordinate offering processes and support technical and project management teams.
  • Manage relationships with current and potential customers to maximize opportunities.
  • Gather and systematize data from intelligence activities on new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market intelligence and scouting for new opportunities, sharing insights internally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
  • Passion for sales and negotiation.
  • 6-10 years of experience in technology or telecommunications sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Satcom or telecommunications business.
  • Technical background in engineering or computer science.
