About your role:

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role focuses on servicing the Italian client base and developing the Italian business.

  • Contribute with the Head of Wholesale and the Italian team to secure long-term growth.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring quality of documentation, presentation of the firm, timeliness, and proximity to clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Deeply understand wholesale client needs and propose value-added solutions.
  • Assist in expanding the Italian market.
  • Develop clients’ networks.
  • Participate actively in developing solutions and organizing new marketing initiatives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in client-facing activities, preferably with wholesale clients in Italy.
  • Good understanding of the asset management industry with a focus on cross-border players in the Italian market.
  • High energy and dynamism.
  • Excellent commercial and listening skills.
  • Experience delivering presentations to large external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Experience in an international environment or overseas studies/work experience is a plus.
