About your role:

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role focuses on managing the Italian client base and developing the Italian business.

  • Contribute to securing long-term growth alongside the Head of Wholesale and the Italian team.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring quality documentation, firm presentation, timeliness, and client proximity to maximize business opportunities.
  • Deeply understand wholesale client needs and propose value-added solutions.
  • Support the expansion of the Italian market.
  • Develop clients’ networks.
  • Participate actively in developing solutions and organizing new marketing initiatives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in client-facing activities, preferably with wholesale clients in Italy.
  • Good understanding of the asset management industry, focusing on cross-border players in the Italian market.
  • High energy and dynamism.
  • Excellent commercial and listening skills.
  • Experience delivering presentations to large external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • International experience or overseas studies/work experience is a plus.
