We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Interior Designer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective management of opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.

You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and trade agents to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and close deals efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in selling products to architects and interior designers. You will also possess a deep understanding of architectural and design projects, as well as the requirements of interior designers and architects (IDA).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of management/supervisory experience in sales vertical with proficiency in Italian & English
  • Experience in selling products in projects through architects & interior designers
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding the Architectural & Design Projects & requirements from the Interior Designers & Architects (IDA)
  • Leadership experience in a Luxury Interior Brand, specifically furniture, Lighting, and similar products
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
