We are seeking a Software Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Italy, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Represent a balanced sales effort of software product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Grow the territory/region/account base to meet financial goals.
  • Understand customer business and solution requirements.
  • Manage territory and regional accounts, including planning and forecasting.
  • Create pipeline and develop new opportunities through the sales process.
  • Engage regularly with decision-makers at client facilities.
  • Lead the sales process utilizing all available resources, including channel partners.
  • Anticipate market and competitive influences on sales.
  • Advise customers and internal teams on strategic business and technology plans.
  • Develop value propositions and product solutions; demonstrate effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years’ experience in Enterprise Software sales.
  • Over 7 years’ experience in selling Security Solutions; knowledge of Identity Manager solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and close deals.
  • High call rate and creative deal-making skills.
  • Knowledge of the Italian market and territory.
  • Ability to collaborate with partners and provide strategic direction.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships at the executive level.
