Job Description Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Commercial Operations Leader responsible to drive the Naval, Automation and GE Aerospace accounts.

You'll lead your Team efforts in winning new businesses, managing accounts, influence our commercial priorities and support with executing commercial arrangements.
In this role, you will be instrumental in securing business and driving commercial success across our equipment and repair segments. Your leadership, contribution and deploying FLIGHT DECK fundamentals for continuous improvement will greatly influence the team's ability to deliver excellence, uphold quality standards, and to timely meet objectives.
You will operate within established commercial policy objectives, with relative autonomy to enter into and execute commercial arrangements. This role demands high levels of commercial judgment to achieve desired outcomes, making you a key player in our pursuit of business growth and success.
This position reports to the Sales & Commercial Operations Director for OEM Programs.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
  • Secure Business and Drive Sales Growth: Lead efforts to secure business and drive sales growth within your portfolio. Develop and implement budgetary and strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets as well as expand market presence in a fast-moving environment.

  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: You will lead your and functional teams providing guidance and support, fostering collaboration to timely achieving goals.

  • You will anticipate risks and opportunities, define and implement corrective actions, as need be, and manage operating rhythm reporting.

  • Effective Communication and Influence: Both internally and externally, communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Influence others and guide them to consider different perspectives. Keep on raising the bar of expectations for her/himself and others constructively and spread the voice of the customers within the organization.

  • Decision Making and Problem Solving: Exercise high levels of judgement to make informed decisions and handle complex tasks or problems deploying FLIGHT DECK fundamentals

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Effective Communication and Influence: Both internally and externally, communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Influence others and guide them to consider different perspectives. Keep on raising the bar of expectations for her/himself and others constructively and spread the voice of the customers within the organization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • Bold curriculum with experience matured in different Functions (e.g. engineering, program, service support, etc…)

  • Strong business acumen

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Good autonomy and ownership with the ability to adjust priorities in a moving environment

  • Comprehensive knowledge of proposal development and management, financial & business concepts, negotiation best practices, processes and procedures

  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
