WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Senior Sales Associate will join our team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining store standards in image, product, and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.

Business & Client Management

  • Partner with the management team to strategically achieve sales targets
  • Strive to increase brand and product knowledge continually
  • Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
  • Take action to maximize sales opportunities across all categories
  • Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
  • Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication
  • Ensure superlative customer service standards to meet customer expectations
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
  • Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty
  • Drive results by providing an elevated customer experience during and after sales

CRM Activities

  • Consistently capture customer data
  • Proactively maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Participate in organizing in-store and promotional events
  • Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach programs to maintain active social relationships with clients

Operations

  • Ensure effective management of stock and backroom operations (goods receiving, transferring, stocktaking, stock arrangement, reporting, etc.)
  • Remain compliant with operational and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and participate in VM setup

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail—luxury experience preferred
  • Creative skills and an eye for fashion, with attention to detail
