Job Description:

Grafton Fashion & Luxury is a dedicated team focused on enhancing the experiences, skills, and potential of candidates in the fashion and luxury sector.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate Chinese Speaker for a prestigious luxury brand specializing in high-end watches in Milan.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and providing highly personalized consulting to clients;
• Ensuring a curated and complete selling experience;
• Offering detailed storytelling of products;
• Implementing client loyalty activities and CRM to expand the customer portfolio;
• Managing local and international VIP clients;
• Supporting the sales team and junior staff in floor activities and managing key clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in high-end retail, with a focus on assisted sales and customer service; experience with luxury watches is a plus;
• Strong customer orientation and loyalty focus;
• Excellent appearance, friendly demeanor, and team spirit;
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Work hours: Full-time, rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week.

Contract offer: Permanent contract directly with the client company, with long-term prospects. Starting from the 4th level of the CCNL trade sector, salary based on experience, €12 meal vouchers, and performance incentives.

Work location: Milan City Centre
