For a prestigious luxury brand, we are recruiting:

SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE CHINESE SPEAKER - HIGH WATCHES LUXURY BOUTIQUE

You will be based in a prestigious boutique of a luxury high watch brand located in central Milan.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing personalized customer reception and consultation activities;
• Ensuring a curated and complete selling experience;
• Providing detailed storytelling of products;
• Implementing customer loyalty and CRM activities to expand the client portfolio;
• Caring for local and international VIP clients;
• Supporting the sales team and junior staff in floor activities and managing key clients.

Requirements and qualities:

• Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in high-end retail, with a focus on assisted sales and customer service; experience with luxury high watch products or a passion for the category is a plus;
• Strong customer orientation and loyalty focus;
• Excellent appearance, cheerful personality, and team spirit;
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Working hours: Full-time, rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week.

Contract offer: Permanent contract directly with the client company, with long-term prospects. Compensation starting from the 4th level of the CCNL trade sector, salary based on experience, €12 meal vouchers, and performance incentives.

Work location: Milan city center
