Senior Sales Account (San Donato Milanese), San Donato Milanese

ADHR Group, an Italian company operating in the HR services sector, is initiating a selection process to join its team as a Senior Sales Account for the development of branches in the Milano Sud area (Milano - San Donato Milanese).

We aim to develop the following activities with you:

1. Manage our target market and expand our order portfolio
2. Acquire new clients and retain them over time
3. Assist our client companies in resolving HR issues through our services in Labour Supply and Search & Selection
4. Enhance our clients' competitiveness by providing personalized solutions
5. Direct hiring and personalized development plans
6. Training
7. Structured corporate welfare plan covering health, leisure, education, and social security

We are looking for candidates with:

1. 3-5 years of experience in a staffing agency
2. Effective sales skills and an established network in the target territory
3. Proactivity and teamwork skills

Work location: San Donato Milanese (MI)
