Kaigos, a fast-growing robotics startup in Treviso, is building the autonomy layer for industrial welding, demanding sharp perception and real-time control.

We seek a Senior Robotics Engineer to own the perception strategy, from 3D reconstruction to real-time tracking, with strong C++ and Python, Linux and Docker skills, and a Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Software Engineering; PhD is a plus but not required, and you will ship production systems in a small team with

Competenze

• Field deployment of robots in production preferred.
• Experience with perception, computer vision and real-time systems.

Mansioni

• Part reconstruction and seam detection for welding parts.
• Scene perception and 3D reconstruction of worksite and outdoor environments.
• Define sensing strategy, select sensors, calibration and hand-eye coordination.
