Job Description:

Adone Italia, a leading consulting firm in the luxury and retail sectors, is seeking an experienced professional to join its Milan team as a Senior Retail E-Commerce Transformation Manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of significant experience in consulting or product management, with a strong background in e-commerce management, production, and order management systems.

A good knowledge of the luxury and retail sectors is highly valued, and fluency in Italian and English is required. Knowledge of French is also appreciated.

The successful candidate will participate in our clients' digital transformation projects, optimizing business processes and governance, and coordinating stakeholders and project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of projects
• Supporting the implementation of IT solutions, including Fluent Commerce tool
• Coordination of stakeholders and project phases
• End-user support, including training and documentation
