A leading inspection and expediting service company is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer – Electrical to oversee electrical installations for the construction of two Data Centers in Settimo Milanese. The ideal candidate has proven experience with complex electrical systems, knowledge of CEI standards, and proficiency in technical English. This full-time position requires strong supervision skills and the ability to resolve technical issues on-site.

Competenze

• Experience with complex electrical systems in Data Centers.
• Knowledge of UPS, panels, and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with CEI standards and European regulations.
• Self-employed status (P.IVA) preferred.

Mansioni

• Approve electrical materials and construction drawings.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems by contractors.
• Verify electrical work schedule aligns with actual progress.

Project : Construction of two Data Centers

Main Responsibilities :

• Approve electrical materials and construction drawings in accordance with design specifications.
• Supervise the installation of electrical systems by contractors.
• Verify the electrical work schedule aligns with actual progress.
• Monitor the timeline and quality of electrical works.
• Validate the electrical Progress Work Statements (SALs).
• Resolve technical electrical issues on-site.
• Serve as the technical interface with the client and stakeholders for electrical discipline.
• Prepare technical reports and progress updates.

Requirements :

Proven experience with complex electrical systems, preferably in Data Centers.

Knowledge of medium and low voltage distribution systems, UPS, panels, and structured cabling.

Understanding of CEI standards and European regulations.

Operational experience in construction sites.

Proficiency in technical English (spoken and written).

Self-employed status (P.IVA) preferred.
