Dolce & Gabbana , a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Senior Regional Controller within the EMEA team.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare timely & accurate monthly management accounts, financial analysis, reporting, quarterly forecasting.
- Annual budget and periodical planning revised in accordance with HQ guidelines, calendar, systems and requirements.
- Financial deck reviews on a monthly basis for gap analysis actuals vs forecast.
- Act as the primary financial lead, supporting the GM to deliver the finance strategy.
- Support the preparation of all new business cases and provide analysis of financial reports, as well as identification of potential areas for profit growth.
- Build financial models.
- Develop and deliver regular and timely financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Follow and ensure systems integration process and daily operation.
- Performance financial KPIs monitoring & profitability analysis of business development opportunities (by country, business areas, products and special projects).
- Control of monthly results of the business to provide operative guidance to the countries.
- Contribute to the monthly closure with the HQ Finance dept.
- Validation and control of Procurement to Payment process through POs and bookkeeping.
- Work together with the HQ finance to reconcile the G / L and Cost Centers expenses including accounting postings.
- Governance of EMEA subsidiaries for controlling matters (closing, forecast, calendar, systems).
Background and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- At least 5 years' experience of a senior finance role.
- Knowledge of SAP, BI tool and Office packages – Anaplan tool is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
