We are seeking a dynamic and skilled recruiter to join our team, focusing on delivery within our Go-to-Market divisions. The role involves sourcing exceptional talent for Field Sales, Customer Success, and Inside Sales departments, managing 15-18 positions across EMEA, covering various seniority levels, and ensuring a swift, efficient, and cost-effective recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive in-house, customer-facing recruitment experience within a high-growth global tech organization.

Your Impact

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide exceptional recruiting support and strategic advice throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor industry trends and continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Develop creative sourcing pipelines for top candidates across the organization.
  • Conduct skills training for hiring managers to ensure process consistency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Greenhouse ATS and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to meet shared objectives.
  • Enhance employer branding through advertising, promotion, and participation in recruitment events.

More About You

  • Proven experience recruiting across EMEA regions, including France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, and London.
  • Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles such as Account Executives, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Inside Sales.
  • Expertise in SaaS market mapping and a consultative approach to niche, hard-to-fill roles, with broad exposure to professional and leadership hiring.
  • Track record of results through direct sourcing and effective partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience delivering an excellent candidate experience while meeting SLA goals.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence for partnering with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on sourcing experience using various channels and internet search tools.
  • Languages desirable : French or Italian.
