Job Description

The Senior Recruiter ensures service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent and maintain proactive communication. Staying informed of industry trends and mentoring team members are key responsibilities.

  • Work Arrangement: Remote in Europe (preferably Italy, Poland, Hungary, UK)
  • Work Schedule: EMEA Regular Working Hours
  • Client Sector: Leading Global FMCG organization
  • Mandatory Language: Native Italian & fluent English
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed job scope discussions with hiring leaders.
  • Review applications promptly via applicant tracking systems.
  • Build targeted recruitment campaigns and source candidates through various channels.
  • Engage passive candidates and leverage technology for outreach.
  • Provide tailored value propositions and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Conduct professional interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the offer process.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and report on recruiting activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address search challenges and communicate search statuses.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Extensive recruiting experience in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting for the Italian market.
  • Comfortable working within a global matrix organization.

Exposure:

  • Industry or niche segment expertise.
  • Proficiency with recruiting technologies and compliance documentation.
