Job Description

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador, partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity to deliver top talent and provide proactive communication. They stay informed on industry trends and mentor team members, demonstrating innovative search techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed job scope discussions with hiring leaders.
  • Review applicants via ATS promptly.
  • Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Source candidates through resume databases, social media, and deep web sourcing techniques.
  • Generate passive candidate lists using subscriptions and technologies.
  • Seek referrals from networks and internal sources.
  • Utilize software for mobile and email campaigns to talent communities.
  • Connect with talent via various media channels.
  • Provide tailored value propositions to candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical and follow-up information.
  • Keep candidates updated on their application status.
  • Maintain engagement with top candidates.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline at all times.
  • Update hiring managers on market changes impacting recruitment.
  • Articulate and drive job offers for acceptance.
  • Partner with managers to ensure offer acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition.
  • Report on recruiting activities regularly.
  • Identify and research solutions for search difficulties.
  • Communicate search progress proactively to managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Extensive recruiting experience in-house, RPO, or agency.
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting for the Italian market.
  • Comfortable in a large global matrix organization.

Exposure:

  • Showcase niche industry expertise.
  • Use of recruiting technologies for efficiency.
  • Adherence to compliance documentation and processes.
