AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter fluent in Italian and English to partner with hiring managers in high‑touch environments. This role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and complex roles, delivering a superior candidate experience and guiding on timelines, sourcing strategies, and DEI considerations.

The position is hybrid and based in Florence on a 12‑month contract with the potential for extension.

Please note that this is a hybrid opportunity based in Florence, and the successful candidate will be required to work from the client's office 2-3 days per week.

Please also be informed that this is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, subject to business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Apply your end‑to‑end recruitment expertise to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes for senior and complex roles.
• Use your market insights and consultative skills to guide hiring managers on attraction strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
• Lead vacancy consultations, defining role requirements, sourcing strategies, DEI considerations, and the full recruitment plan.
• Collaborate in narrowing and reviewing shortlists, ensuring all candidates meet the quality and capability expectations of the business.
• Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience, from first conversation through to offer and onboarding.
• Manage complex offer processes and negotiations, advising hiring managers with insight and sound judgment.
• Support demand planning, talent pipelining, and workforce forecasting with client resourcing leads.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices to uplift recruitment delivery across the team.

Skills & Requirements:

Must‑haves:

• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong working knowledge of key sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, and other digital sourcing channels).
• Proven ability to engage and assess candidates directly from the market and build high‑quality shortlists.
• Strength in stakeholder management, communication, problem‑solving, and influencing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Confidence with ATS/CRM systems, recruitment technology, and MS Office.

Good to have:

• Experience within an RPO environment or working across complex global organisations.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, oil & gas, or energy is preferred

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the minimum expected remuneration is 37100 EUR gross annual plus applicable benefits.
